Are you sure a game save file is a link to cheat file? I can understand that it could be related to cheating but one person can very well beat the game and just pass on their save file to friends without having to resolve to cheat methods.

Maybe you should've asked the OP to clarify what he is looking for in the save file like a completed game file so he can play extra mode rather than having to do story mode to earn extra mode.

At the moment, there are save files floating around which contain almost every possible item. This is what the OP was asking about in the other topic.
