can you play psuaio offline to?

hey i have a q and no matter where i look i cant find an a can u play psuaio offline to or is it an online thing only???

If the Question is if you can play PSU AOI offline. YES for the PC/PS2 and NO for the Xbox 360. Not too sure about the 360, so don't quote me.
