カオス is chaos.

I have no idea what "カーズ" is supposed to be. I wasn't able to find anything for it either. Reminds me of "ダーク・ファルス" where the "ファルス" brought up nothing that seemed to fit. Can only wonder if ST is typoing or making new words up to confuse us (and Segac's localization team).

Nope. I've heard the word used before in Japanese vocals, so that's how I know about it. The IME doesn't even recognize that word of yours either.
