Default New PSP & 4.05 System: Won't play PSP Demo??

Heya. Just purchased a Madden 09 PSP (for the Royal Blue PSP, natch).

Went through the update process using my Mac to d'load the update file.
Placed the "ULJM91014" folder in "GAME" I created in the main directory.
(this last was while PSP is in USB mode)

And the PSP says that there's no game?

Where should I place the "ULJM91014" folder so that 4.05 will recognize it?

(And please, PLEASE say that 4.05 can actually play it... I'd be mighty pissed if my PSP
couldn't play it, due to updates...)

On my Mac, the PSP Memstick shows as follows after deleting the GAME folder, to start fresh:
    MEMSTICK.IND
    (Folder)MP_ROOT
    MSTK_PRO.IND
    (Folder)MUSIC
    (Folder)Picture
    (FolderVIDEO

    ------

My friend's 4.01 System PSP (which IS running the demo) has the following:
    MEMSTICK.IND
    MSTK_PRO.IND
    (folder)PSP
    (folder)GAME
    (folder)UJM91014
    EBOOT.PSP
    file.fpb
    (folder)SAVEDATA
    (folder)UJM91014
    INCON0.PNG
    PARAM.SFO
    PIC1.PNG
    SAVEDATA.BIN
    (folder)SYSTEM

    ------
As I recalled, one creates (folder)GAME at the same 'level' as say, VIDEO..
    Then, place (folder)UJM91014
    EBOOT.PSP
    file.fpb

    inside "GAME", right?

put all the data from the demo here: ms:\PSP\GAME\UJM91014\

(ms is corresponding to your memory stick)

OK, did that - and it's able to accessed now.

    I also created MSfolder)SAVEGAME
and placed my prior save folder in there - but when I attempt to continue, I get the following
    (error?) msg: <JP lettering>(80110327)?

Ok - Sorry for the Double Post and all...

But I've solved my own problem, I think.

I placed the (folder)SAVEGAME within the PSP folder - and I've gotten past the aforementioned error. Haven't actually played, but I recognize the next few screens.

    Thanks for the help all.

Your save folder should be called SAVEDATA.

    MS:\PSP\SAVEDATA

    Like so.

    Enjoy!!

Exactly so, Pith! For those attempting this at home, that is what I was attempting to say in my prior reply.
