You should have no problems at all running on Max Settings.

Did you buy one yet? There are better versions out there for Nvidia

I used to have a video card (Radeon 9250 PRO) with about the same specs as your Geforce 7100. I couldn't run mine on max settings unless frame skip was set to at least 1. I think I had to set resolution to the very lowest.

So, to answer your question, yes, your video card should play the game just fine, and with all the fancy effects.

There are definitely better ones out there, but that's the one that came with the computer I'm on. :3

You would be fine, however, as Idica stated, there's plenty of better versions if you haven't already purchased it.
However, I have found that ATI's new cards are very impressive and cheaper compared to most nVidia's.
If you dare to try. I have a Radeon HD 4850 myself, PSU on it's highest graphical settings and doing other multiple applications doesn't hinder my performance (Intel Core Duo 3.16GHz)

is this integrated? Im only seeing 7100 GS w/ 128MB of RAM which is a separate card or just 7100 series built on the motherboard.

Only way to know for sure is to try it out. Id open the case and see if you can add/replace it. From the looks of the specs you can use PCI-E type Video Card, unless it's integrated and have no video card slots.

I originally had a GeForce 7800 GS and ran perfect but then got the ATI 4870 and that card just rocks even playing Direct X 10 games

I used to have the 7600GS on mine. It would play ok for the most part with some options turned down (also at frameskip 0). You could probably set it at frameskip 1 and be fine.

I upgraded to the 8800GT that was recommended by a friend. A little over 100 for the card and like 50 for a new power supply, and I've been in PSU heaven since. Can run max res with max setting and 0 frameskip with 0 lag. Highly recommended, awesome card if you can afford the upgrade.

    Let's just say for example,

ASUS EN8800GT/HTDP/512M GeForce 8800 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card
    - Chipset Manufacturer: NVIDIA
    - Core clock: 600MHz
    - Stream Processors: 112
    - Memory Clock: 1800MHz
    - DirectX: DirectX 10
    - OpenGL: OpenGL 2.0
    - DVI: 2
    - TV-Out: HDTV / S-Video Out

    Price: $97.50

ASUS EAH4850/HTDI/512M Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card
    - Chipset Manufacturer: ATI
    - Core clock: 625MHz
    - Stream Processors: 800 Stream Processing Units
    - Memory Clock: 1986MHz
    - DirectX: DirectX 10.1
    - OpenGL: OpenGL 2.0
    - HDMI: 1 via Adapter
    - DVI: 2
    (certified windows vista)

    Price: $169.99 (there's a $30.00 mail-in rebate atm too)

They both support their SLI / Crossfire

The big difference is the stream processors. Stream processing helps accelerate the processing of image/video computations. The more the better.

However, a more direct comparison from the ATI Radeon HD 4850 would probably be the nVidia GeForce 9800 GTX+
    Here's a decent one:

    EVGA 512-P3-N873-AR GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card
    - Chipset Manufacturer: NVIDIA
    - Core clock: 738MHz
    - Stream Processors: 128
    - Memory Clock: 2200MHz
    - DirectX: DirectX 10
    - OpenGL: OpenGL 2.1
    - HDMI: 1 via Adapter
    - DVI: 2

    Price: $199.99 ($20.00 mail-in rebate atm)

And to compare these to your GeForce 7100, not sure if you know the exact manufacturer of your card, but... here's a decent 7100's specs:

    ASUS EN7300GT SILENT/HTD/512M GeForce 7300GT 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 SLI Supported Video
    - Chipset Manufacturer: NVIDIA
    - Core clock: 400MHz
    - PixelPipelines: 8
    - Memory Clock: 800MHz
    - DirectX: DirectX 9
    - OpenGL: OpenGL 2.0
    - D-SUB: 1
    - DVI: 1

    Price: $47.99
