Humans are the Jack Of All Trades so to speak. They are good with Hunter, Ranger, and Force-type classes yet they don't really excel in them. So to say Humans are a crappy race to play as is a pretty un-educated thing to state. Try telling that to the legions of people out there that play as them.

Humans do well with Guntecher too. :3 I play as a beast AF. It's really what you want to play as and as which class. I wouldn't follow "That's best for that". I feel that'll take any fun out of anything. Play as what race/class you want. :/

I like my Human Fortefighter. They don't do the best damage, but they don't do the worst. They also don't miss that much. Honestly, like several other people have said, humans are the balanced race, and as such really excel in the cross-class jobs. If you want maximum damage, then go for beast (for the heaviest hitters), casts (highest accuracy and not too shabby damage), or neuman (if you want lots of tech damage). If you want someone who can do everything well and not totally suck in one aspect or another, then go for human.

    Also, Humans are Hybrid-Class "Specialists".
Much like how Beasts gain Specialist racial bonuses with Fortefighter, and Casts with Fortegunner, humans gain them on Protranser, and I think the Acro-classes as well.

I think they are a little under-powered in the acc department, I reckon they should have better base acc than newmans. Other than that I think female human is the most fun class to use for me, and i've re-rolled my main about a thousand times.

If you manage to stick around until the supplemental update hits our shores then humans will also be the most customizable race.

If humans had a "win button" they could easily be one of the best, but they aren't the worst either. I really do like playing my humans more than my beast since humans just look better. XD
