I think my computer might actually be overkill for the Alpha requirements... It's an HPE-500f with an aftermarket Corsair 650W PSU and a Radeon 5770... But overkill is better than under-kill. My next paycheck is going towards wireless virtual surround headphones. I don't think I need to upgrade any core components, but if anything I probably want to shell out for an SSD to speed up my boot and app loading (The stock hard drive is big but slow as hell).

as far as current gaming rigs go, that's on the lower end of the spectrum, but you're right, you'r exceeding the alpha reqs at least in terms of your gpu

Not to mention hexa-core CPU (2.7GHz; not the fastest but still more than enough).
