List of NPCs and Client Orders

So there is a new maloo client order when she gives you 5 skill points.What do i need to complete it?

Does anyone know what to do in this quest for Lisa? I got it after the one where you solo free field caves with her, so I assumed this one would be free desert with her, but that didn't work. I do know it has something to do with free desert though.

Edit: Whoops, it seems I have to be playing as a ranger to trigger it. How obvious.

I'm having some strange issues with Jean's client orders - specifically the USE VISIPHONE and the GRIND A WEAPON ones. I do pretty much what is said in both guide, yet I don't get the green order sign pop above him. Any ideas, or am I missing something breathtakingly obvious?

I cannot for the life of me figure out Gerard's order.

From what I can gather I'm supposed to defeat 20 rappies that are at least level 21.

This was going really, smooth until I got to about 14 and then it just stopped. I'm kind of stumped here.

Kill "rare" rappies in hard mode. It's pretty simple.
Rappies are more feather looking ones.
The ones people call Rappies generally are "Nab Rappies"

The Rappiko-looking baby ones with the big eyes?

Those still aren't going towards my kill count. Do they have to be exactly level 21? I've killed like 5 of those at level 23 and they still haven't been going towards my count. Is there a drop involved?

As of now I have 14/20. I was racking up points just fine and then for no real reason it just stopped counting them.

Are you sure? You might just be over estimating how many you have killed. I know I did.
They don't have to be lvl21, they have to be over 21

You must kill them using a Partisan weapon type.
