I mean, thank God there isn't one. But still it makes me wonder, what is SoJ message to foreign people?

Everyone of us represent a chance to sell more, but they have made it almost impossible to buy the goodies. We can resort on Webmoney, sure but they blocked every other way to pay for it.
Yet, they still allow us to play?
It looks like they can't decide weather to kick us out or embrace our foreign presence.
