PSO2 Anime coming to North America

A friend of mine joked about the 2nd earth map being a city in america, and now any time anyone talks about anything PSO2 related coming to the west that's all I can think of.

Also I wonder how this will affect Pat and Lliam's bet. ._.

This isn't surprising. I can think of very few anime that don't get licensed for overseas "simulcast" streaming nowadays.

It's worth noting that SEGA has been pretty adamant about anything PSO2 (or Phantasy Star in general) being repped/mentioned outside of Japan. Examples being PS's absence the Sonic & SEGA Racing games (save for a few achievement names), and the fact that Ian Flynn was specifically told not to use anything Phantasy Star related in the Sonic Archie Comic's "Worlds Unite" series.

If Sentai was able to license the anime, I wonder if it would be possible to license the game and have someone besides Sega manage it.
