Wardrobe malfunction.
The only reason I caught it, is because that area of her outfit looks awkwardly cut off.

Methinks that may be the fault of the way that piece of the model is built (a separate piece independent from the rest of the outfit maybe?), in that the camera person took it just as the graphics renderer faded out just that bit of clothing due to being too close to the camera. Without a video it's a bit hard to confirm though.

Honestly it's almost an improvement. Out of all the outfits in the game, Ramarl seems to be the most conflicted with trying to still get away with showing skin.

And under it the girl is wearing a see-through g-string.
And all you have to do is wait for her shirt to lift up.
The rest of her wardrobe consists of booty shorts and slutty shirts with power girl holes on them that specifically reveal cleavage.
This is how SEGA looks at the way women dress. They just anime sci-fied it to get away with it.

@Everyone calling for less revealing outfits: Why not just add it to the bugs and feedback thread, something to the tune of "please add more outfits, including less revealing choices for the female characters", if it hasn't already been done? Personally, I'm all for more choice outfits, whether or not they're sexy, revealing, slutty, prudish, conservative, demure, etc. Can't go wrong with more male and female outfits.
