There's an inherent difference between a person in real life, who, for the most part, doesn't have complete control over how they look versus a video game character which is designed to appeal, more often than not, to a specific demographic.

Futhermore, I never actually said I have a problem with the character, just that I was surprised that Ulc looks older than Matoi only to find out that Matoi is in fact older. Matoi is fine, I still like Ulc more though. And not in a sexual context, dammit Kondi! (╯ಠ□ಠ）╯
