I need some advice on beating Ult. Mode on Ep. I. This is the description of my character.

OH yes and my HP is 1100.

Why beat it? You get nothing from Falz.

I assume falz is giving you trouble? if so,if you're on GC, get 10 dimates and 10 trimates go to the boss, plant a telepipe first, drop the dimates and trimates. then kill yourself, oh yeah to avoid major sync loss unequip your mag. repeat until you feel is necessary.

Sort of the thing if I could reach the boss than I wouldnt have posted this thread. The enemys give me a hard time and I cand get past four rooms without having to use a telepipe. But the most pathetic thing is is that I dont use 10's I stack up to 21 and still have a hard time.

Well, you're forgetting a few important things:
1. Make 3 of your slots HP slot items. The more HP you have, the better. Especially form 3. His slashes hurt ALOT.
2. Make the 4th slot a Resist/Holy. You need at least 1 of these for when he does his Grantz attack on form 3. If you can't survive that, you're not ready yet.
3. My personal recommendation that I found out is ALWAYS give every char you own an HP drain gun (preferable with a Dark % & or hit %). Even when most attacks can't hit him, you can still drain HP from him. Doing that has helped me get attacks in AND saved my life.

If after all that you still can't beat him/her, you may want to lvl up some more.

seeming you're a HUcast use your traps as they are invaluable. im not sure what ID you are but you should also try to get some good swords like a dragon slayer or something.

Tried to getone but my friend keeps saying he has one and he just lies. Oh and by the way im a GREENILL.

EEEEEK! Problem, major problem!!!! The claw enemys knock me down in 1 hit alwayse!!! Is this normal?
