I came across a lot of PSO player... and everytime i seem to repeat myself...even lately.
Ill post the info here and redirect everyone to here if they need be.
Each special attack have an activation rate.
To have a special activate, you need 2 thing.
1.you need to know if you can hit the target.

2.you need to have the special activate once you hit.
Special attack based on ennemy ESP
(Activation rate - ennemy ESP)/reduction= success rate
Confusion
-Panic:29%
-Riot:44%
-Havoc:60%
-Chaos%76%
Ice
-Ice:32%
-Frost48%
-Freeze:64%
-Blizzard:80%
Paralysis
-Bind:32%
-Hold:48%
-Seize:64%
-Arrest:80%
Dont forget that android have a 30% bonus on activation rate with special related to ESP(ultimate mode only).
Special attack based on ennemy EDK
(activation rate - ennemy EDK)/reduction= success rate
Instant kill
-Dim:48%
-Shadow:66%
-Dark:78%
-Hell:93%
Special attack with set activation rate
Set to 50%(still discuted about, might be a little higher)
Reduces Enemy HP
-Devil's:1/2 & Demon's:3/4 /reduction
Set to 100%
Drain Enemy HP (of max ennemy HP)
-Draw:5% Drain:9% Fill:13% Gush:17% /reduction
max cap:120HP
Refills TP (of your maximum TP)
-Heart:3% Mind:4% Soul:5% Geist:6% /reduction
max cap:100TP
Steals EXP (of monster total XP)
-Master's:8% Lord's:10% King's:12% /reduction
max cap:80XP(30% android boost ulti.)
/reduction:
Daggers have 1/2 reduction
Mechguns have 1/3 reduction
Shots have 1/3 reduction
Slicers have 1/3 reduction
Partisans have 1/2 reduction
Swords have 1/2 reduction
Double Sabers have 1/2 reduction
Paired Swords have 1/2 reduction
Launchers have 1/2 reduction
Reduction for special attack based on ESP and EDK is applyed for the success rate of the special.
Reduction for special attack with set activation rate decrease the power of its effect.
Weapon 10, 11, 12 stars(1,2&3 Gold) and SRank arent affected by reduction.
Set to 100%
Fire damage
[(your character Lv - 1)/? + ??] = your base damage
base damage x [1 - (ennemy EFR x .01] = your damage to ennemy
-Heat: / 4 + 40
-Fire: / 3 + 60
-Flame: / 2 + 80
-Burning: + 100
Lightning damage
[(your character Lv - 1)/? + ??] = your base damage
base damage x [1 - (ennemy ETH x .01] = your damage to ennemy
-Shock: / 4 + 40
-Thunder: / 3 + 60
-Storm: / 2 + 80
-Tempest: + 100
Sacrificial Attack
-Charge :200 Meseta
-Spirit :20% TP remaining___special isnt infinite
will stop working once TP reach minimal value
-Berserk:25% HP remaining___special is infinite
will stop working if HP value go under 3
Heres some thing that can make HP go under 3 by draining it, stoping the berserk to work.
-Twin Blaze
-Luminous Field
-Del lilly special ability
I dont have any other in mind right now.
I you remember any other thing with drain effect, tell them to me ill add them here.
everything work with % in PSO.
no matter whats the number of DEF you have,
it will never affect the damage dealt to you by any magic.
the number you have for each magic resistance = the damage reduction % from the magic.
evrything is related to your HP.
physical damage, magical damage or set damage, if you loose more than 25% of your health you fall.
if you loose less, you stay up(multihit...recon any1?)
