how do i use panzer spirit and kit of mark 3?

you have to follow the stats.

Do you have the mag cell you want to use?

Are you the correct section ID and is your mag lvl'ed properly?

Do you have the mag you want to use the mag cell on equipped?

I beleive you have to equip the mag and then goto the mag cell and there should be a use option. I've never used a mag cell, so I can only go by what I've heard.

If that doesn't work, then I don't know, you might have to wait until someone who's done it before can help. =

the FAQ says you need a lv5+ Mag.
I read it wrong the first time too.

It means your mags name must still be "MAG" as in... a baby mag.
All mags keep this name until they obtain their first photon blast at lv 10.
