two questions, please help¡

1-well i want to know how i get the fourth kind of traps, because i only have the damage, freeze, and confusion traps.

2- is there any other like FREE special weapon like "akikos frying pan" and "kireek soul eater", other than this??

1. I'm pretty sure that the other kind of trap is only available in battle mode ( I think....maybe...is it paralysis? o_o shock?) I forget what it does though... but in the regular mode of the game only damage, freeze, and confuse are available, and to be honest that's all you really need =p

2. Do you mean like weapons gotten through story quests? Idon't understand, I know in soul of a blacksmith on ultimate, you can get special weapons if you get the material furthest in Caves. But other than that I'm not too certain.

Ah just checked the battle mode trap is "SLOW" status Effect.

As Adriano stated, it's the "Slow" Status Effect and only available in Battle Mode.

Other than the Frying Pan and Soul Eater, you may obtain three rare weapons from the quest Soul of a Blacksmith, these are only available on Ultimate Difficulty and require the Blue Mineral found in Caves 3:

God Hand (http://www.pso-world.com/items.php?op=viewarticle&artid=142&sortby=name), Supressed Gun (http://www.pso-world.com/items.php?op=viewarticle&artid=67&sortby=name), and Technical Crozier (http://www.pso-world.com/items.php?op=viewarticle&artid=134&sortby=name).

You can obtain a rare shield called. Ragol Ring (http://www.pso-world.com/items.php?op=viewarticle&artid=882&sortby=name). But that requires online play or have PSO+ I believe.

Yes. The blue mineral is a quest item (which means it will never appear in your inventory) that you obtain when you search the last room of caves 3 in the quest Soul of a Blacksmith.

Does choosing a better mineral increase your chance of getting a rare from the "soul of blacksmith quest"? Because I could just get a red mineral in cave 1 instead of going all the way to cave 3 to get a blue mineral.

Does anyone know anything about the WORKS guard? I think it is also attainable, but for some reason, I remember the process being extremely tough.

Get SS-rank in the 'Respective Tomorrow' quest four times. To do this finish the quest in Ultimate, get all 30 WIS, clear the special stage (Tower) in less than five minutes, clear the rest of the quest in less than 40 minutes, and have a number of deaths less than or equal to the number of players. Also, only one Works Guard per character. You can choose a Serial Number for the Works Guard yourself, it can range from 5,000 to 29,999.
